SharkTV offers refunds for digital products and services under specific conditions. We strongly advise a trial period prior to purchase.

SharkTV offer Refunds ONLY under these condtions :

Conditions :

  • Full refunds are provided only for purchases made within 24 hours. No refunds will be processed after this timeframe.
  • Partial refunds for other requests will be issued based on the subscription’s duration if a problem on our end persists unresolved for 72 hours. The SharkTV support team will contact all users regarding refund requests.

Refunds will not be issued, nor will partial refunds be provided, if:

  • The customer expressed dissatisfaction with the channel lineup.
  • The customer has chosen an alternative provider.
  • The customer declines to implement the proposed solutions for any encountered issues.

What is the timeframe for receiving a refund?

  • For credit card refunds, please allow 20 to 31 business days for processing and credit to the customer’s account.
  • Note that, in some instances, refunds may require up to 90 days for processing. We are not liable for these processing times or any associated delays, as we are an IPTV service provider, not a payment processor.
  • The typical refund processing time is 20 to 90 business days, a timeframe determined by our payment processors and beyond our direct control. We expedite the process by initiating refunds immediately upon request verification.

Intermittent channel freezing, buffering, or failure may be occurring:

While the majority of our servers maintain stability, temporary disruptions affecting channel functionality may occur due to various factors. Our engineering team actively addresses these issues to ensure ongoing service.

These issues are typically transient, stemming from the following causes:

  • The customer is experiencing internet service instability.
  • There is a general issue with the device, applications, and customer configuration.
  • Your internet service provider (ISP) has an issue.
  • The server is experiencing an outage, resulting in channel downtime.
  • The customer has requested a server change.
  • Weekly server maintenance, including updates and restarts, is required for optimal performance.

Should a customer experience IPTV service interruption exceeding 72 hours due to our company’s fault, we will provide a full refund of the package price or extend the subscription by the duration of the outage, plus a negotiated bonus period.
